Really enjoyed our rooms on the higher floors. The location for Istanbul was good, near to Taksim Square, metro and Hava bus terminal, the Istiklal avenue and the tram 1. Furthermore, near to the shopping centre.

Clean room and nice bathroom with a shower, hair dryers, and towels. Magnificent, marvellous location in Taksim district short walk to Taksim Square, metro and Hava bus terminal, Taksim Metro station, and the airport shuttle. Also, close to Havaist bus stop.

The property was straightforward and cute with nice staff. Cheap, airy room with balcony, everything was great. The location was favourable, for example, a cobblestone street was not too far from the hotel. Found in the fairly quiet area not far from the metro, bus station and the istiklal street and Taksim Metro station and bus stops and Taksim Square, Istiklal, metro and excellent transport interchange, the property offered affordable prices.

I had a great stay at this budget-friendly property. The location was perfect, being very close to Taksim Square and the Airport Bus Station. There were plenty of restaurants nearby and Istiklal Street was just a short walk away. The manager/receptionist was friendly and helpful, even providing an extra electric heater. The atmosphere was nice, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and the bed linen and towels were clean and high quality. The shower was amazing, with a rainfall-style design. The neighborhood was peaceful and convenient, with a convenience store just a few steps away. I definitely recommend Taksim Sem House for a budget stay.

The location of Taksim Sem House was excellent, making it easy to explore and access nearby attractions. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed sheets and towels were fresh. Despite the size of the room, it provided a comfortable stay. Although there was a slope leading to the property, it was manageable to carry luggage. The balcony, although not utilized due to the weather, added a nice touch to the room. The value for money was great, considering the prime location.

Had quite comfortable 2 nights here. I booked a double room overlooking street. The location was absolutely perfect and particularly good, 400 feet from the subway. The hotel was also very close to a bus stop.

We absolutely loved our stay at this cozy house. The host, Mazlum, made us feel like part of the family. The location is central and convenient, with easy access to public transportation and the bustling Istiklal street. The rooms were clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable, perfect for a city trip. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay as low-budget travelers.

Loved how the hotel offered a range of business services like faxing and photocopying, just what every posh lady needs on vacation. Also, great location near Istiklal Street and Taksim Square. Express check-in and free private parking were a treat.
